Room Acoustics and Speaker Distances
Speaker Angle
The standard speaker angle for stereo sound reproduction is 60°. Some experts promote a wider angle of 90° for increased soundstage width and envelopment. With myHRTF Personalized Filters you can switch to the wide angle by mouse click and many recordings sound better this way.

Crosstalk-free Stereo
In speaker-based sound reproduction each ear receives the sound from both left and right speakers, referred to as stereo crosstalk. Actually, many recordings sound better without stereo crosstalk.

With myHRTF Personalized Filters you can switch this crosstalk off by mouse click. For suitable recordings, this provides for a wider and deeper soundstage with significantly more immersion.
Speaker Setups
From mono to 9.1.4, see details here.
Concert Hall Acoustics
Stereo sound reproduction in typical listening rooms fails to create the sense of space and envelopment that can be experienced in concert halls. myHRTF Personalized Filters add this spaciousness and envelopment to the music and turn your headphones into a recital or concert hall by mouse click.
