Refund Policy

Summary

This website sells digital products delivered electronically. Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable, except in the situations described below or when required by applicable law.

What we will consider for refunds

Defective or corrupted files

If the file you receive is defective, corrupt, or materially not as described, email info@myHRTF.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and evidence (sreenshots, error messages). We will investigate and, if we cannot provide a working replacement, we will issue a refund.

Unauthorized charges/fraud

If you believe a charge was unauthorized, contact us and your card issuer immediately. We will cooperate with our reseller and payment processor to investigate.

Other legal rights

In some jurisdictions (for example EU consumer law) consumers have statutory rights (including a right of withdrawal/ cancellation). Where the law grants such rights, they apply in addition to this policy. When a consumer requests immediate download/access to digital content at the moment of purchase, the consumer may be asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that they thereby lose right of withdrawal; if that consent is given, the statutory cooling-off period may not apply.

How to request a refund / report a problem

  1. Email info@myHRTF.com with the order number and a description of the problem with screenshots and/or error messages.
  2. If your purchase as processed by our merchant of record (MoR), we may direct you to the MoR's support for the refund - they handle payment reversals. Please include our order ID and the MoR transaction ID to speed the process.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and aim to resolve or escalate within 14 days. (If the MoR handles refunds, their processing times apply.)

No other refunds

Unless otherwise stated above, purchases of digital products are final.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer, we will cooperate with the payment processor and the merchant of record (MoR) in the investigation. The investigation is decided by the card issuer: if they rule for you, the chargeback stands and the provisional credit remains with you; if they rule for us, the provisional credit will be reversed and the funds returned to us.
